4. D6 Virgin Fuel min order 100.000.000 gallon
5. Diesel EN590 10PPM min order 50.000 MT
6. Pet Coke Min order 50.000 MT

PROCEDURE
============
1. Buyer issues an official ICPO/along with Buyer Company Registration Certificate and Companys
Profile.
2. Seller issue commercial invoice for the buyer to countersign, buyer returns the CI with Signed TSA
from a reputable Tank Farm Company or Buyer negotiate with seller approved Tank Farm for
Extension / Rechartering of its Tank. (Optional).
3. Seller issue to the buyer the below pop documents:
Commitment to supply
-Tank Storage Receipt
-Refinery Export License
-Authorization to Verify (ATV Conditional)
Certificate of Origin
Product Passport Q&Q Test Reports
-Statement of Product Availability.
4. Within 72 hours Buyer provides Seller with TSR, Seller within 24 hours of receiving of buyers TSR provides Buyer with ATS and DTA.
5. Buyer contacts the Tank Farm Company in Rotterdam port where the products are stored for
confirmation with the DTA & ATV, get the Clearance Access Permit (CAP) and Required
Accreditation from the Tank Farm Company for Buyers representatives & Inspection team to
have access and gain entrance to the Tank Farm Storage Terminal and schedule appointment to
perform Dip Test.
6. Buyer Dip Test the Product, upon successful verifications and confirmation of the quality and
the quantity of the product, Buyer will immediately provide ATI to the seller to enable the seller to commence
injection of the Product into Buyers leased Tank.
7.The buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product available, Seller
release to the Buyer all relevant exportation documents
